Sign and deposit
A simple agreement and a deposit hold the date. Dates are first come, and peak Saturdays go early.

Balance before the day
The rest is due ahead of the wedding. No surprise fees, no overtime traps in the fine print.
Where we film
Los Angeles, New York, Boston and Texas are home, and travel inside them costs you nothing extra. Everywhere else we quote flights and lodging at cost, with no markup and no padding.

A signed agreement and a deposit. Until both are in, the date stays open to anyone else who asks for it, and peak Saturdays in spring and fall usually go first. The balance is due before the wedding, and the price on your agreement is the price you pay.
The deposit holds a specific date and covers the work of turning other couples away for it, so it is not refundable. If you need to move the date we will do everything we can to carry your booking to the new one, and in practice that usually works when the new date is open. Ask us before you change anything and we will tell you straight.
Hours of coverage first, then team size. The three collections run $2,599, $3,999 and $7,699, and the jumps between them are real coverage rather than packaging. Add ons are flat: a second photographer or videographer is $800 each, drone is $300, an album is $400. Travel inside Los Angeles, New York, Boston and Texas is included.
Every collection includes both, because that is the whole argument of the studio and it costs less than hiring two vendors. We do not sell photography alone. If you already have a photographer booked, tell us and we will be honest about whether it still makes sense to work together.
No overtime traps and no delivery fees. If the day runs long we will tell you on the day what extra hours cost rather than invoicing you a surprise afterwards. Outside our home regions we quote flights and lodging at cost with no markup.
